Wine tourism
The philosophy of Domaine CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET can be summed up in a few words: respect the land and surrounding vegetation, respect the vineyards, respect the end consumer by offering cuvées made with a sense of balance and the enhancement of the aromas of the various grape varieties.
Our vineyards are managed using sustainable viticulture methods, and have been awarded High Environmental Value certification. In the field, this means minimal use of inputs, some of them organic, to guarantee both consistent, high-quality production and the longevity of the plots on the 17-hectare family Champagne estate.
After the harvest, the grapes go through our own pressing centre, which gives us complete autonomy in the process, then on to the cellars where the patient ageing and blending of the different juices will take place over the years. After all, Champagne is a demanding wine that requires constant attention to ensure that it offers wine-lovers a product that is beyond reproach.
In Meurville, near Bar-sur-Aube (10), CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET draws on the expertise of four generations to create cuvées worthy of the finest meals and the most successful festive occasions.
