Benoit Gaullet
Champagne
Four generations of winemaker-grower-manipulators, High Environmental Value certification, carefully thought-out vintages made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier: the reputation of CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET extends far beyond Meurville (10), a village a few kilometres south-west of Bar-sur-Aube, on the edge of the Orient Forest Regional Nature Park.
Professionals, private individuals and inspired wine-lovers in a number of European countries have clearly understood all the qualities of family-run production, carried out with respect for the vineyards and the land that supports them. On the 17 hectares of Domaine de Champagne BENOÎT GAULLET, the three star grape varieties of Champagne adorn the surrounding hillsides with their foliage and bunches of grapes, until the harvest and autumn transform the landscape, signalling a new stage in the future production of fine wines...
With a complete production process from our pressing centre to our cellars, the cuvées on offer highlight the work of the vines and the know-how that goes into making great Champagne wines, suitable for accompanying the finest dishes and the most joyful meals. Champagne has exerted an incomparable passion and attraction since the 17th century, both among consumers in France and around the world, where it remains synonymous with pleasure, finesse and a sense of celebration. Often copied, never equalled, champagne is a unique beverage, and CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET is proud to be part of its production, tasting and distribution on the Côte des Bar.
