At Domaine CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET, in Meurville, just outside Bar-sur-Aube, the family team devotes its full attention to processing the various juices from the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier plots. From the vine to the bottle, a slow and patient process produces fine, aromatic Champagnes, entirely dedicated to satisfying French and European wine-lovers.
