The 17 hectares of Domaine CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET are planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This diversity gives rise to a particular aromatic richness, which is revealed in the different cuvées produced on the family estate in Meurville, Aube. Brut, Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Cuvée Tradition, Champagne Rosé, Champagne Demi-sec: lovers of fine bubbles and elegant production will appreciate the choice on offer. As a complement, a Ratafia de Champagne XO that has spent more than 10 years in oak casks flatters palates trained in the rarest of flavours.
The Gaullet family's sense of hospitality is not limited to a visit to the pressing centre and the cellars: a tasting of all our Champagne cuvées awaits lovers of great wines, from Monday to Friday and even at weekends and on public holidays by prior arrangement. For lovers of wine tourism and tourism in general, there are two adjoining top-of-the-range guest rooms and two other rooms on the estate. Discover the Côte des Bar, the Parc naturel régional de la forêt d'Orient, the Colombey-les-deux-Églises Memorial, the Nigloland theme park: the nearby activities are as much about leisure and relaxation as they are about French history.
Just a few kilometres from Bar-sur-Aube, where you can also book a park for hire that can accommodate a hundred or so guests, the Domaine CHAMPAGNE BENOÎT GAULLET awaits you for a range of gustatory and tourist discoveries.
